Journal of Emerging Investigators

“The Journal of Emerging Investigators is an open-access journal that publishes original research in the biological and physical sciences that is written by middle and high school students. JEI provides students, under the guidance of a teacher or advisor, the opportunity to submit and gain feedback on original research and to publish their findings in a peer-reviewed scientific journal. Because grade-school students often lack access to formal research institutions, we expect that the work submitted by students may come from classroom-based projects, science fair projects, or other forms of mentor-supervised research.”

Minnesota Academy of Science Journal of Student Research
“The JMAS seeks to encourage the publication of student work, particularly that work which has received awards at Academy competitions such as the Winchell Undergraduate Research Competition, the Junior Science and Humanities Symposia, and the Minnesota State Science Fair. Students must choose the level of review that their paper will receive, which may influence potential future or continuing competitions.”

Duluth Journal of Undergraduate Biology
The mission of this journal is to publish innovative, original work that advances the field of biology. To achieve this aim, the journal publishes articles written and edited by University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) undergraduate students and recent undergraduate alumni.”
